WEBSHOP OFFER AND SHOPPING

1. Do I have to register before I place an order?

Yes, to make shopping in our platform it is necessary to have customer login. You can easily apply for setting your account here

 

2. Are all the products in your platform available to buy?

Yes, these are all the standard products. Please contact the Sales Department in case of special request at sales@mbl.pl

 

3. Are there any minimum or maximum order quantities?

No, there is on minimum or maximum order quantity in MBL E-Commerce, but in case of big quantity, please contact the sales department to check the availability and the delivery time. 

 

4. I've lost my customer account password. What to do?

In case you forgot or lost your customer login or password, just click: "Forgot your password?" under the login field. The system will ask you for e-mail address and we will send you the instruction how to reset the passwrod. If you need some additional help, contact our Sales Team at sales@mbl.pl

 

5. What is OMOBIC brand?

Omobic is new line of high-end components for active wheelchair users produced by MBL. The range of OMOBIC componets consist of: rear wheels, pushrims in ergonomic shapes, front wheels and forks, brakes. More information about OMOBIC compoents you can find here

1. In which language can you support me?

Even if the webshop is available in English and Polish, we can support you also in other languages like Italian, Russian, German, and Chinese. Just contact our Sales Department at sales@mbl.pl

1. Do you provide photos of products?

Yes, we support our whosalers by providing them product photos. To receive them contact our Sales Department at sales@mbl.pl

3. In which time can I contact you in case of any questions.

Our office working hours are: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am till 4 pm CET. But you can place an order in MBL E-shop 24/7
